FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Register with your name and phone. You'll get a booking code — use it with your phone number to look up your booking any time.
How do I pay?
After registering you'll see a bank-transfer QR code and account details. Pay with any banking app, then enter the last 5 digits of your account so we can match the transfer.
How long is my spot held?
48 hours (or until the registration deadline, whichever is first). Unpaid spots are released automatically to the waitlist.
What if it's full?
Join the waitlist. When a spot opens up we'll offer it in order and notify you on LINE.
Can I get a refund?
Full refund if you cancel at least 3 days before the event. Within 3 days we can't refund, but you can transfer your spot to a friend.
